Since our founding by Janice in 1993, our expert cake team has supplied professional bakers, aspiring makers and "just love cake"-ers with sugarcraft tools, supplies and advice.

Our recently reappointed classroom hosts a wide variety of macaron, baking and sugarcraft classes, offering something for everyone.
